St. Francis Youth visit the caritas Baby Hospital

A delegation of youth in its preparatory and secondary categories visited institutions in the Bethlehem area. The number was limited to 12 participants, due to the lack of places and the inability of the place to receive all youth members, which amounts to approximately 60 participants.

The meeting began with a visit to the Convent of the Sisters of the Incarnate Word, which serves children with disabilities or children with family problems.

During the meeting, the people got to know the place and the children, played and danced together and shared the joy and smile. It was a unique experience where some of the youth met for the first time with children with disabilities and sympathized with them and played with them and then poured out their intentions

After that, the children went to Caritas Children's Hospital, where they got acquainted with the unique and distinctive services of the hospital. Then they met Sister Alia, one of the nuns of Maria Bambina, who explained the role of the nuns in the hospital. Then she took the people to visit the church and get to know it, as it overlooks Jerusalem and Bethlehem, to pray for everyone, to share the prayers and hymns. with us then lit up Wax on the intention of their family members.

It is worth mentioning that the individuals brought with them pots of flowers and the statue of the youth and presented it to Sister Leah, who asked to present it to the temple and promised to pray for the youth.

The meeting concluded with an exchange of conversations between individuals and the new experiences they gained during the fruitful day.
