A Day of Prayer

A day of prayer with the Third Reverend - Saint Francis

At the invitation of St. Francis III Congregation for the Laity in Bethlehem, some of the members of St. Francis’ youth met today, Sunday, December 11th, in the parish church of St. Catherina, and then went to the Open Paul Foundation, for a day of prayer and spiritual benefit.

The meeting began with the prayer of the magic hours in the parish at 8:30 in the morning, after which everyone participated in the Mass at 9 o'clock. Then they went to the convent of the Fatah nuns, where the parish priest, Father Rami Asakrieh, delivered his sermon.

In the courtyards of the monastery there was a time of personal reflection with reflection on the questions given to the members, and questions were discussed with each other.

In the afternoon, lunch was shared together. In the institution's church, an hour of prostration and meditation on the Holy Eucharist was held with confessions.
