Adoration and Mass
From the hour of adoration and mass, for the parish of St. Catherine Church - Bethlehem.
The Apostles of Divine Mercy group in St. Francis Church organized an hour of adoration.
The hour of adoration, which was presided over by the parish priest, Father Rami Asakriehs, included a group of meditations, prayers, hymns, and supplications to the Sacred Heart for peace in the Holy Lands and Gaza in particular, and for the comfort of the departing souls, in front of the steadfast host. It included the recitation of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, chanted, followed by the celebration of the divine sacrifice, and concluded with a hymn to Our Mother Mary.
In the Hour of Adoration, the Blessed Sacrament is present and Jesus is honored. We contemplated the mystery of Christ and His actual presence in the Most Holy Eucharist, enclosed and kept on the altar, and opening up to His graces.
Through worshiping the Lord Jesus in the Eucharist, the Lord Himself gently guides and transforms us. Then feelings of worship are renewed and flow through the Most Holy Eucharist, and our faith is revived again in the real and actual presence of Jesus in the tabernacle.
Jesus was blessed in the Sacrament of the Most Holy Eucharist
Blessed forever
