“Apparitions of the Virgin Mary in the Bible”

The youth of St. Francis - Bethlehem met in the hall of the Franciscan Children’s Home Foundation, with the Youth of Charity - Jerusalem. Under the title “Apparitions of the Virgin Mary in the Bible”

The meeting began with a speech from the spiritual guide of the youth, Sister Anna Salwa Asaid, her welcoming speech, after which texts from the Bible were read with the topic “The Appearance of Mary in the Bible,” a theme related to the Virgin Mary on the occasion of her Marian month. After that, Father Ayman Bathish explained the relationship of Saint Francis with the Virgin Mary, starting with the prayer of Saint Francis to the Virgin Mary, Lady of the Angels.

After the prayer of Saint Francis, the patron saint of the two youth, the spiritual guide of the Youth of Charity, Father Ayman Bathish, delivered his speech. The Tau Cross was distributed to everyone, stamped from the Italian city of Assisi, the birthplace of our patron Saint Francis.

Before concluding, everyone shared by drawing, writing and coloring a group of icons of our mother, the Virgin Mary, especially in this blessed month dedicated to her.
