The Order of Saint Francis was established for the laity - Bethlehem A spiritual exercise in preparation for the feast of our Seraphic Father, Saint Francis of Assisi, on Sunday, September 3

In the Monastery of the Shepherds’ Field of the Franciscan Fathers... Father Zaher Abboud accompanied us during the exercise, with gratitude.

The topic of sports was Saint Francis’ message to all believers... and then there was time for personal contemplation of these words... which included practicing the sacrament of holy confession.
