Terra Sancta Scout Troop
The leadership and members of the Terra Sancta Scouts - Eagles of the Nativity group, in the presence of the Catholic groups in Palestine, participated in the Divine Liturgy, which was presided over by His Beatitude Patriarch Pierre Battista Pizzaballa, which was held in the Latin Church of Our Lady of Fatima in Beit Sahour, on the occasion of the appointment of Father Issa Hijazin as spiritual guide of the Palestinian Catholic Scout Foundation of St. John the Baptist. And in honor of Father Tony Hayen, the former spiritual guide of the Foundation.
We congratulate Father Issa Hijazin and pray to God to grant him success in his new mission. We also thank Father Tony Hayen for his efforts and service to the Palestinian Catholic Scout Movement.
The leadership of the group presented a memorial gift to His Beatitude the Patriarch on the occasion of his appointment as Cardinal of the Universal Catholic Church. She also presented a shield of thanks and appreciation to Father Tony Hayeen, and a shield of congratulations and blessings to Father Issa Hijazin.
