Visited the cancer and dialysis departments

As part of our scouting duty, a group of scouts and rescuers visited the cancer and dialysis departments at Beit Jala Governmental Hospital this morning, Thursday 8/29/2024. The participating individuals carried out various activities with the patients, as our presence there means being with those who need a companion, times of joy, and company that alleviates their loneliness. It is our duty to plant hope despite the pain; a hope that helps in healing. The group distributed simple gifts, as part of a symbolic contribution to draw a smile on the faces of the patients. Indeed, we felt a difference every minute; and this difference is what we seek and aspire to. A difference that leaves an imprint for the eagles wherever we are.
