The Messengers of Divine Mercy gathered in the Holy Lands Bethlehem, Beit Sahour and Beit Jala in the Latin parish in Beit Sahour - Our Lady of Fatima Church
Where the meeting culminated in the Divine Liturgy, followed by the recitation of the Divine Mercy Rosary in the orchards of the monastery, during which acquaintance took place between the members of the groups. The Messengers of Divine Mercy distributed in Beit Sahour the books of the Worship of the Precious Blood, and we shared the spirituality of the Divine Mercy message and the wonderful spiritual experiences that had a very great impact on everyone, especially the visit Divine Mercy Church in Poland.
In fact, his mercy does not stand far: it wants to go out to meet everyone, it wants to reach out to the wounds of each one of us to heal them. To be apostles of mercy means to touch with tenderness the wounds present. Today also, with our prayers and our congregation, we confess Jesus, make him present and alive, and allow others to touch his mercy.
This is the message entrusted to us. Many people demand to be heard and understood. The Gospel of mercy, which must be proclaimed and written in life, seeks people with patient and open hearts, “good Samaritans” who know sympathy and silence about the secret of brother and sister, and seek generous and joyful servants, who love gratuitously without asking for anything in return.
In conclusion, we thank the Messengers of Divine Mercy in the parish of Beit Sahour, who overwhelmed us with their kindness and love, and Father Issa Hijazin, the parish priest and spiritual guide of the group, for hosting all of us.
